Fall Reduction Program
Unfortunately one in four people aged 65 and older falls each year. Every 11 seconds an older adult is treated in the ER for a fall. Our goal is to reduce the number of falls hence we created this special program for the patient and family. Our fall reduction program is implemented from the first day of admission into our home health.
Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapists at Comfort and Thrive Home Health specialize in accessibility to healthy living and quality of life, through assessment and treatment of low and high tech environmental barriers, low and high tech adaptive equipment needs, and sensory processing impairment.
Our Occupational Therapists are key players in identifying patient centered goals and social determinants of health.
